What customers ask most often

How do you deal with the AI making things up ("hallucinations")? +

The assistant answers strictly from sources you’ve approved (documentation, ticket history, CRM data). If no source exists, it says "I don’t know, escalating". Every answer has citations so it can be verified.

Should every employee see everything? +

No. Role-based access — the assistant only returns data the given user is entitled to. SSO with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, full audit of who asked what.

Can we teach the assistant our terminology and tone of voice? +

Yes. Persona tuning, sample correct answers, blacklist of forbidden phrasings. We iterate based on real queries and user feedback.

What about our data? +
